My bags are the antidote to the poly-lined synthetic leather run-of-the-mill bags being produced in China. Most of my bags are full-grain leather; Artisan craft, with authentic distressed character, and many with modifications unique to our line. We only use high-grade men's belts for shoulder straps. This leather is reminiscent of equestrian leather halter straps. I also use half-centimeter thick mooseskin. Nothing wimpy here; quality and character stand out and stands the test of a truly rugged lifestyle. Invest in a bag that you'll love more and more over time. Not all leather bags are created the same. A great quality leather bag is supposed to look better with time as the leather acquires marks and age-related wear. Make sure to check out my whole store. At the time of this listing, I have 180 items all unique and different. Many with added Mooseskin handles; my "trademark" unique idea. Once you have tried it you will wonder how you functioned before without an inside handle. Also on many of my briefcases, I add a mooseskin handle wrap. The handle is the point of contact that the owner has with their bag and the mooseskin is so pleasing to touch. My philosophy in writing descriptions is: a picture speaks 1000 words. What I love about this Vintage Coach Bag.Perfect fit for my MacBook Pro (Inside or in the outside slip pocket.) Classic British Tan Glove Leather (even has original COACH hang tag) Found a strap from a 1970s bag that matches really nicely. Patches I added to each inside front pocket to create pockets that are iPhone screen-friendly pockets. I like that these are gusseted pockets that expand and yet they don't have an additional flap to secure your items the man flap-over secures them when it is fastened with the turn-locks. (I used Weldwood Contact Cement for this to give it many years of wear; you will notice in the photo of the patch that the contact cement shows around the patch. This is done intentionally so that the contact cement works properly and holds the deerskin patch on for years. It is not sticky. Contact cement dries darker on the suede side of the leather. Also, many bags of this age the turn-locks have lost their "catch" which keeps them from rotating freely and turning open. However, this bag still has a distinct "catch" in both turn-locks so it keeps it from accidentally opening.) I like that the handle, does not have any noticeable wear; seems like this bag has hardly ever been used. (with the exception of the red ink stain that only shows on the bottom of the inside pen pocket (it does not show on the outside) I like that it has 2 pen, pencil, Apple Pencil pockets inside. Sometimes bags only have flimsy loops pockets with bottoms are the best in my opinion. While I am usually not a fan of the should strap floating leather pad, in this case, it is a really nice floater as it has some length to it (7 inches), and also it has enough friction so that it does not just slide around with out some help from the owner. I also like the retro contrast stitching on the strap.

I have this listed as a Men's bag but any woman who appreciates rugged leather goods could make this work for that perfect rugged look.
